Step 2: I then shove all my brushes into the bathroom and get to work!!!
Step 3: I then take either soap or shampoo *both very cheap* and take a blob onto my hand, if this is a bigger brush then I take a big blob of shampoo, but if its an eye shadow applicator or brow brush then i only take a little squirt of soap.
Step 4: Whichever brush I am taking, I then swirl it into my hand through the shampoo or soap and then rinse it off with luke warm tap water. I keep doing this until you see no makeup residue or gunk running off down the plug hole.
Step 5: Once this is done for every single brush or sponge. I then lay these to dry on top of kitchen roll or toilet paper, just on the bathroom windowsill or a ledge. These are then all left until the morning when they will all be dry and clean as a spark.
So there we go in a simple 5 step process I think I pretty much have it cracked. A simple and cheap way to wash makeup brushes, by doing this you help to prevent breakouts and can also help makeup application become smoother and easier.
Once again thankyou for reading and taking a look at my blog. You can check out my other links down below, and come and chat with me. I hope to see you all next week otherwise have a great week and keep smiling! :D.
